i dont know if any of you have heard it but we are having quit a disaster in europe these days, 8 people in germany have died of E coli bacteria, 11 in denmark are in the hospital the bacteria is called VTEC and people are still getting really sick. so we cant eat tomatoes , cucumbers or salad from germany and spain.
Sorry, 13 people dead so far on 31st May is the latest...

Excellent gym session today! Ran the longest distance I ever have before and in a good time too! Then did a good power fuelled weights session! Yeeeeessssss! COME ON!

Operation time :(
Just went to the dentists, my wisdom teeth have started coming through and the x-rays showed that my bottom wisdom teeth are basically horizontal, which is bad. So within the next 6 months I’ve got to go into hospital, get knocked out and have them removed :( 2 weeks off work and lots of swelling apparently :( and because of where they are they might dislocate my jaw! Waaah! Anaesthetic...
